1. Order Processing Time

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. We do our best to prepare your product as quickly as possible.

2. Standard Shipping Time

Mattresses typically take 2–5 business days to arrive, depending on the distance from our UK warehouse to your destination.

Total estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days after your order is dispatched.

Unexpected Delays: Due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holiday rushes, etc.), delivery may be delayed. However, Popiee will do its utmost to get your package to you promptly. Feel free to reach out if you require assistance.

3. Shipping Location

All mattresses are stored and dispatched from our UK warehouse.

4. Shipping Method

We ship via Fedex、DX and Parcelforce. After your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

5. Track Your Order

Once your items have shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing a tracking number.
